Notes:

NOTE: The DC 50 can track with the Astro 430/Alpha 50 OR the Astro 320. NOTE DC 50 CANNOT BE TRACKED BY ASTRO 320 AND ASTRO 430/ALPHA 50 AT THE SAME TIME. But both types of tracking are available with 2.50 software.
To track with Astro 430/Alpha 50, power on the DC 50 and keep holding the power button. The DC 50 will periodically beep. Go to the dog list and choose Add Dog->Near Collar->Yes. The handheld should detect the DC 50 and pair to it and the DC 50 will switch to Astro 430/Alpha 50 mode.
To add to an Astro 320, power the DC 50 on normally (without the button held) to allow an Astro 320 to pair to it and this will switch the DC 50 into Astro 320 mode.
Once paired to either type of handheld, use the Show Info->Menu->Identify Dog Unit option to ping the DC 50. And this will change it to that handheld's tracking mode.
WARNING: If this software is uploaded to a device other than that for which it is designed, you will not be able to operate that device.
If attempts to upload software fail, you may need to return the device to Garmin® for service.
