Οσοι αντιμετωπιζουν προβλημα με την εκκινηση της συσκευης με την εκδοση firmware 2.60, η διαδικασια φαινεται να παγωνει μετα την εμφανιση του splash screen, μπορουν να διαβασουν την σελιδα υποστηριξης της Garmin οπου δινεται η σχετικη διαδικασια αποκαταστασης του προβληματος:
