Garmin Product Updates for Kenwood

Στη σελίδα αυτή θα βρείτε αναβαθμίσεις όλων των In-Dash Συσκευών της Kenwood που κυκλοφορούν, επιλέγετε την Ευρώπη.

Πριν προχωρήσουμε, βρίσκουμε μέσα από το μενού της συσκευής μας, ποιες εκδόσεις λογισμικών έχουμε ώστε αν είμαστε ok να μην μπούμε στο κόπο να τα κάνουμε

Ένα παράδειγμα για το μοντέλο DNX5240BT και το τι κάνουμε:

Αφού επιλέξουμε την Ευρώπη και κάνουμε κλικ πάνω στο μοντέλο, μας βγάζει εδώ:

όπου πατώντας πάνω στο "Software updates" μας βγάζει εδώ:

- το 1ο link: λέει:
Update your Kenwood receiver software before updating your Garmin navigation software. To learn more, visit [Πρέπει να είστε εγγεγραμμένοι και συνδεδεμένοι για να δείτε αυτόν το σύνδεσμο.] από όπου κατεβάζεις τους drivers: [Πρέπει να είστε εγγεγραμμένοι και συνδεδεμένοι για να δείτε αυτόν το σύνδεσμο.]
και ακολουθείς τις οδηγίες που σου λέει εδώ: [Πρέπει να είστε εγγεγραμμένοι και συνδεδεμένοι για να δείτε αυτόν το σύνδεσμο.]

After updating your Kenwood receiver software, you're ready to download the latest navigation software for your device.
Πατάς στο link και σε βγάζει εδώ: [Πρέπει να είστε εγγεγραμμένοι και συνδεδεμένοι για να δείτε αυτόν το σύνδεσμο.], πατάς Agree και μετά το κατεβάζεις: [Πρέπει να είστε εγγεγραμμένοι και συνδεδεμένοι για να δείτε αυτόν το σύνδεσμο.] και έχει και οδηγίες:
Installation Instructions
1. Download the appropriate self-extracting archive file onto your PC.
2. Run the downloaded executable file.
3. Click on Browse and a select temporary location of your choosing to extract the update.
4. Click Unzip to extract the update.
5. Wait for the message that the update was unzipped successfully and close the updater.
6. Insert a burnable CD into your PC.
7. Use CD burning software to create a 'garmin' directory on the CD.
8. Add the files extracted in step #4 to the 'garmin' directory on the CD.
9. Burn the files to the CD and eject the CD from the computer.
10. Turn on the Kenwood Navigation System and press the [NAV] button to switch the display to the navigation system screen.
11. Insert CD into Kenwood Navigation System. If there is already a CD in the drive, temporarily remove it first.
12. Your Kenwood Navigation System will ask if you would like to update software. Answer 'Yes'.
13. The unit will display banner 'Navigation Map Update Start'.
14. The unit will restart several times during the update. The CD will eject before the update is complete. The warning page will display when the update is complete.
15. Do not power off unit while the update is in progress. When finished you can verify the update by checking the version number in Menu->Settings->About->Software.
